CURRIES

Of course everyone knows that Indian cooking is renowned for its curries. Mouth watering curries containing the 5 essential C’s of corriander, cumin, cloves, cardamom and lots of chillies, plus the 2 G’s of garlic and ginger; all lovingly mixed to create the well-known curry flavours. One of the most popular curries with Events Come True clients is Lamb Breyani.

BUNNY CHOW

Bunny Chow is a wonderful example of South African Indian flavours. A loaf of bread is cut into two halves. Once the soft centre is removed, the remaining loaf is then filled with curry. This curry is enjoyed with the soft bread that was removed, soaking up the tantalising curry juices.
