CURRIESOf course everyone knows that Indian cooking is renowned for its curries. Mouth watering curries containing the 5 essential C’s of corriander, cumin, cloves, cardamom and lots of chillies, plus the 2 G’s of garlic and ginger; all lovingly mixed to create the well-known curry flavours. One of the most popular curries with Events Come True clients is Lamb Breyani.
BUNNY CHOWBunny Chow is a wonderful example of South African Indian flavours. A loaf of bread is cut into two halves. Once the soft centre is removed, the remaining loaf is then filled with curry. This curry is enjoyed with the soft bread that was removed, soaking up the tantalising curry juices.
SAMOOSASBeef, lamb, chicken, cheese & sweetcorn, cheese & onion
Samoosas are always a popular choice from Events Come True’s menu. These are fried or baked crisp pastries filled with a spicy and savoury filling. Samoosas are an excellent platter food and can also be an entree as part of a lunch or dinner
