Events Come True can plan, organise and coordinate your entire event or they can just provide the catering, assist with certain aspects of the event, such as the decor and table settings.

COMPLIMENTARY EVENT PLANNING SESSION

When you phone Megs or send an email to make contact with Events Come True you will be booked in for a 45 minute Event Planning Session (in person or skype if that suits you better) free of charge. At your Event Planning Session, Megs will take the time to get to know you and listen to the needs you have for your event and the budget you have to work with. Megs wants to ensure she understands what you would like and what you want your celebration or occasion to look like, so that in planning your event it achieves the outcomes you want. Following this meeting, Megs will email you your quote within 2 working days. This quote could be a combination of pricing for catering and hiring of equipment and decor, as well as an Event Planning Partner Service fee if you wish to also have Events Come True be your Event Planning Partner.

EVENT PLANNING PARTNER FEE

The Event Planning Partner Service fee is a charge for tasks such as booking a venue, organising suppliers for example: a florist or booking in a DJ or arranging the ordering and delivery of the beverages for the event or finding a graphic designer that can do the invitations and stationery for your event. The Event Planning Partner Service fee is for the time, creativity, and enthusiasm that Megs and her team will bring to your event.

TRUSTED SUPPLIER

Events Come True work with trusted suppliers, but do not have an exclusive relationship with any one particular supplier. This is because each event is unique in and of itself - it is about your dreams. So the team want to be able to look for the perfect supplier that can do what you are wanting; one that matches your vision of the event and fits within your budget.
